Document Description
The project proposes to develop approximately 394,850 square feet of retail and commercial uses, including two service stations, stores, restaurants, offices, and two hotels with 120 and 151 hotel rooms on both sides of Horseshoe Bar Road along Interstate 80. Buildings are proposed to range in size from approximately 3,900 to 100,000 square feet. There would be signs on the buildings, as well as freeway-oriented pylon signs. There would be a detention basin as well of 0.5 acre.
