Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2009-0020-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Robert D. Pierce, Elk Grove Unified School District. Project consists of constructing and expanding elementary school facilities on 15 acres directly adjacent to the existing Cosumnes River Elementary School. The new facility will consist of approximately 76,000 square feet. The full project build-out will encompass approximately 19.13 acres.
