Document Description
The project is limited to the enclosure of a 653 linear foot reach of stream into a 60-inch diameter, concrete reinforced drainage pipe. Upstream and downstream concrete headwalls shall be constructed. The Project site will be developed as a building pad and two drainages shall also be constructed. The project will fill 0.75 acres of fresh water marsh and remove up to 7 trees. The Project is located at an unnamed tributary to East Antioch Creek in the city of Antioch, Contra Costa County, CA. CDFW is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement no. 1600-2012-0315-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant/Organization.
