Document Description
Minor Subdivision of a 2.8 acre parcel into 4 parcels and a remainder. The parcels are ~1/2 acre or larger in size. A wetland protection buffer will be placed on the north side of the proposed parcels 1 through 23. Access will be from a new road constructed from Lake Earl Drive.
