Document Description
Minor Subdivision of a 2.8 acre parcel into 4 parcels and a remainder. The parcels are ~1/2 acre or larger in size. The parcels will be provided water from a connection to the Crescent City water system and from individual on-site sewage disposal systems. A wetland protection buffer will be placed on the north side of the proposed parcels 1 through 23. Access will be from a new road constructed from Lake Earl Drive.
