Document Description
Environmental Review Coastal Grading Permit for improvements to East Klamath Beach Road and replacing one culvert. The project is the proposed improvements to Klamath Beach Road and the two existing culverts located in Waukell Creeks. Improvements will include roadway re-alignment; removal of excess paving; raising roadway elevations; new asphalt pavement; removal of an existing undersized culvert on Waukell Creek; installation of a new culvert on Waukell Creek; installation of headwall and rock slope protection; and temporary and permanent erosion control. A NEPA Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact have also been prepared for this project.
