The Water Board intends to adopt a conditional waiver of Waste Discharge Requirements for existing grazing operations in the Tomales Bay Watershed (Tomales Bay, Lagunitas Creek, Walker Creek, and Olema Creek), to comply with the Tomales Bay Pathogen TMDL Implementation Plan, that specifies the actions necessary to protect and restore beneficial uses to the Tomales Bay Watershed. These actions shall be consistent with the requirements of the NPS Policy. The purpose of the Waiver is to set conditions for implementation of grazing operation management practices which result in water quality improvements.
