Stream Alteration Agreement No. 2009-0164-R4 for the Old Priest Grade Widening and Guardrail Project TC08-012 across three unnamed drainages to Moccasin Reservo

The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code for the construction of the new alignment for Old Priest Grade Road across three unnamed drainages to Moccasin Reservoir on the Tuolumne River. The Project description for each drainage crossing is as follows: 1. Station 45+28. The Project will remove an existing 30-inch culvert and install a 68-linear-foot, 36-inch diameter HDPE storm drain. The pipe outlet will have a flared end energy dissipater to direct flow downstream of the drainage. Six (6)- inch rock slope protection will be keyed in to the slope at the pipe outlet. At the inlet, an asphalt ditch along the road will direct flow into the culvert. 2. Station 53+68.47. The Project will remove an existing 18-inch culvert and install a 46-linear-foot, 24-inch diameter HDPE storm drain. The pipe outlet will have a flared end energy dissipater to direct flow downstream of the drainage. Six (6)- inch rock slope protection will be keyed in to the slope at the pipe outlet. At the inlet, an asphalt ditch along the road will direct flow into the culvert. 3. Station 70+91. The Project will install a 62-linear-foot, 24-inch HDPE storm drain. A headwall will be constructed per Caltrans DTL D89 to provide inlet protection. The pipe outlet will have a flared end energy dissipater to direct flow downstream of the drainage. Six (6)-inch rock slope protection will be keyed in to the slope at the pipe outlet.
