Document Description
The Applicant, William Lyon Homes, received approval of Site Development Review and an amendment to the Planned Development Zoning District Stage 2 Development Plan for the construction of 36 single family homes on an approximately 10 acre site. The Project Supplemental EIR was certified by the Dublin City Council via Resolution 74-10 on May 18, 2010. The Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program and Statement of Overriding Considerations were adopted in 2010 as well.
