Document Description
The proposed project consists of the addition of a sixth floor to an existing 73,400 sf student residence hall on the UC Santa Cruz campus. The project would add ~11,000 assignable square feet to an existing building and would accommodate 121 new student bed spaces. The building height would increase from 54' to 74'. Project construction would take place concurrently with construction for a previously approved seismic retrofit and capital renewal project. Existing utilities have adequate capacity to serve the additional building space.
