Document Description
The proposed Wayne Court Warehouses Project (DRl 8-342) consists of a request to construct two 109,668 sf warehouses, each with four depressed docks located on the western side of the buildings, a total of 229 parking spaces, and associated improvements. The site is currently vacant and undeveloped, with disturbed, bare ground. The proposed project would be used as a light industrial, warehousing space. The request requires Planning and Design Commission-level Site Plan and Design Review as new non-residential construction that exceeds 125,000 square feet.
