- FYI: Final The Proposed Project includes a Vesting Tentative Parcel Map, Planned Unit Development Permit, and a Preliminary Development Plan that would add two new office towers to a 2.2 acre portion of the existing 7.2 Kaiser Center site. The project includes 1) demolition of 280,000sf of existing retail/commercial development along 20th and Webster streets; 2) construction of a new 24-story office tower (469 ft height); 3) construction of a 42-story (573 ft high) office tower; 4) construction of 46,200sf of ground floor and mid-level retail; 5) addition of 697 parking spaces; and 5) expansion of the rooftop garden by approximately 4,500 sf.
