The project would result in two office towers of approximately 436 feet or 34 stories tall in place of the "20th Street Mall" and 566 feet or 42 stories tall in place of the "Webster Street Mall". Approximately 22,500 square feet of retail space would be constructed on the ground floor along the Webster and 20th Street frontages. The project would add approximately 852 net new parking spaces. The project would result in a net increase of public open space by approximately 4,500 square feet. All existing development on the 2.2-acre project site would be demolished and replaced as part of the proposed project.
