Document Description
The applicant, SummerHill Homes, is proposing the develoipment of up to 56 single-family detached homes on minimum 8,000 square foot lots, consistent with the City of Montain View's zoning designation for the site of R1-8, and would also include the construction of new public streets. The applicant is requesting the following approvals from the City: 1. Development Review Permit to construct up to 56 single-family homes; 2. Planned Unit Development (PUD) for any irregular lot widths or frontage dimensions; 3. Heritage Tree Removal Permit to remove several heritage trees; 4. A Vesting Tentative Tract Map for the creation of up to 56 residential lots and potentially a 0.4-acre public park.
