Document Description
The proposed project is the development of a new Walmart store totaling approximately 197,411 square feet comprised of +/-188,686 square feet of interior uses and +/-8,725 square feet of outdoor garden uses on a vacant 20.75 acres site.
This is to advise that on November 10, 2010 the Oroville Planning Commission: 1) adopted Resolution P2010-19: A resolution of the Oroville Planning Commission certifying that the Final Environmental Impact Report, including Errata, adopting CEQA finding of fact and a statement of overriding considerations, and approving a Mitigation and monitoring reporting program for the Oroville Walmart Project; and
2) adopted Resolution P2010-20: A Resolution of the Oroville Planning Commission approving Use Permit 09-02, Use Permit 10-06, Use Permit 10-07, Use Permit 10-08, Development Review 09-07, Variance 10-01 and sign permit 10-01 for the Oroville Walmart Project.
