Document Description
The proposed project consists of the development of 207,182-square foot Wal-Mart Supercenter and associated parking and infrastructure on the project site. For the purposes of providing a conservative evaluation of project impacts, the EIR will analyze the store square footage at 213,400 square feet, which is 3 percent larger than the anticipated store square footage. The store would retail general merchandise and groceries and operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
