Document Description
The purpose of project (P11-00205-ECPA) is to develop approx. 356 acres of new vineyard (approx. 507 gross acres), including earthmoving activities, and installation and maintenance of erosion control measures within a 2,300 acre holding. The project applicant has prepared an Erosion Control Plan (ECP) as required by Napa County code (Ch. 18.108, "Conservation Regulations"). The project as mitigated and conditioned has been reduced to 209 net acres of vineyard (316 gross acres of overall land disturbance).
