The 2008 CTP will focus on: * Updating vision, goals, and strategies adopted in the 2004 CTP; * Updating the discussion of trends affecting the Authority's plans and programs and the list of projects that are being pursued within Contra Costa; * Incorporating the Action Plan Updates developed for Measure J; * Defining how key programs - such as TLC, Pedestrian, Bicycle and Trails Facilities, and the GMP - will be implemented when Measure J begins on April 1, 2009.
