NOTE: 3 Co-Lead Agencies, consisting of Central Valley Flood Protection Board, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and Sacramento Area Flood Control Agency. Joint Document consists of Mitigated Negative Declaration and Environmental Assessment. Raising the right bank levee about 1 foot in Reach A from River Mile 10.4 to River Mile 11.3 to provide adequate freeboard and widening the right bank levee in Reach B to provide a 20 foot crown from River Mile 11.5 to River Mile 12.7.
