Document Description
The proposed project is: 1) the rezoning of an ~12.7 acre site at 313/323/331/333 Fairchild Drive and 644/660/670 National Avenue in eastern Mountain View, 2) reconfiguration of the existing four parcels into two parcels, and 3) a specific development project on the easternmost five acres of the site. The project proposes demolition of four two-story industrial buildings on the site totaling 99,167 sf, as well as parking lots, trees, and landscaping. Following demolition and grading of the site, one three-story building of 87,565 sf of office space would be built. Approximately 58,082 sf of unused development potential would remain on the overall site following construction of the proposed building.
