Document Description
This improvement project proposes to widen the roadway to provide 11-foot wide bicycle lanes, 7-foot-wide parking lanes where necessary, curb and gutter, a 6.5-foot-wide landscaped planter and 5-foot-wide separated sidewalks on both sides of the street where possible. This project will also review the existing storm drainage facilities. The project has been designed to protect existing utilitites, however existing overhead lines, municipal water, sewer and gas within the project limits will be located and modified as necessary. Additional right-of-way will need to be obtained to accommodate this project.
