Document Description
The project is limited to the repair and stabilization of erosion caused by an existing box culvert. Proposed designs include placement of two rock grade control structures, reconstruction of creek banks, creation of two scour pools to improve fish habitat, and planting creek banks with willow cuttings and other native riparian vegetation. The project is located near 1080 Kansas Avenue west of South Terrace Drive on Camille Creek, a tributary to Tulacay Creek, in the City of Napa, State of California; Assessors Parcel Numbers 046-224-001, 046-223-004. The CA Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2008-0090-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Mark Andrilla, City of Napa.
