Document Description
The proposed project site is 17.59 acres of land that has previously been reviewed for environmental factors as a portion of a larger subdivision (Tormey Estates) along with a delineation that was verified on March 17, 2004. The westerly portion of the property consisting of 11.6 acres is being considered for division to create 12 commercial parcels ranging in sizes from 22,936 to 68,833 square feet. In addition the project includes a southerly extension of East Street approximately 1,140-feet from Portola Way to the southern project boundary. This proposal includes the extension of sewer lines, a water system, and gas and electric.
