Application for a Conditional Use Permit for two natural gas wells. The applicant proposes to drill and test two natural gas wells, at the entrance to the Trilogy Subdivision at the intersection of Summerset Drive and SR 12. The project comprises three phases: site preparation; drilling, completion and testing; and production. Well depths are proposed to be approximately 6,000 to 8,000 feet. The proposed drilling pad area is approximately 0.77 acre.
