The project site is comprised of two separate office developments that are separated by San Tomas Aquino Creek. The proposed project does not conform to the existing land use designation due to the proposed height of the office buildings. Therefore, the project proposes a General Plan Amendment to Office/Research and Development and rezoning to PD - Planned Development to allow for the demoition of the existing structures on the site and the construction of up to 1,950,000 square feet of office/industrial development.
