The project is limited to: (1) re-sloping approximately 0.5 acres of the upper terrace along the north bank of Lower Putah Creek, and (2) and revegetating the Project area with native grasses. The Project is located along Lower Putah Creek, north of Putah Creek Road between Canal Lane to the west and Wintu Way to the east, in the City of Witners, Solano County. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Streambed Alteration Agreement 1600-2013-0410-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Rich Marovich, Solano County Water Agency.
