Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2015-0256, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Sacramento Municipal Utility District.
The project is limited to an approx. 25 ft. extension to each of two culverts through a section of wetlands to facilitate construction of the bicycle trail extension and construction of a 90 foot bridge across the confluence of Tells Creek with Union Valley Reservoir. The bridge across the confluence of Tells Creek with Union Valley Reservoir. The bridge will have a 75 foot clear span with 15 feet of abutments. The western abutment for the Tells Creek Bridge will extend below the Ordinary High Water Mark for the Creek.
