Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2014-0152-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Sacramento Municipal Utility District. The applicant will conduct routine maintenance of facilities and structures within the Upper American River project as delineated. These maintenance activities may include bank stabilization, building maintenance, sediment removal, minor repair of existing structures and vegetation management.
