Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number ELD-55279-R2,
pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Sacramento
Municipal Utility District.
? Excavate and remove the existing culvert using equipment that will be operated from the
Loon Lake Access Road.
? Improve rock protection to the inlet and outlet of the culvert.
? Place the new 36-inch corrugated metal pipe culvert at grade with the existing streambed
to allow for aquatic species passage.
