Document Description
A request by Barghausen Consulting Engineers, Inc (18215 72nd Avenue South, Kent, WA 98032) Applicant and on behalf of property owners of record Lowe & Gong Partners, as to Assessor Parcel Number 130-021-017; for a Major Use Permit to construct a 15,026 square foot Walgreens store which will include a single lane drive-through pharmacy. The proposed structure would be located on the northwest corner of West F Street and California Avenue. The +/- 1.22 acre site currently has a 13,033 square foot retail store and a freestanding drive-through coffee shop. The two structures will be removed as part of the project proposal. The requested project is consistent with the land uses identified in the Oakdale General Plan (General Commercial). The property is designated by the Oakdale General Plan as General Commercial (GC) and is zoned General Commercial (C-2) District.
