Document Description
The proposed 2008 Northwest Campus Student Housing Infill Project (NHIP) will construct a total of ~550,00 gross sf of new infill residential, support, and recreational space to accommodate up to 1,525 undergraduate bed spaces. The new housing will be accommodated in four new buildings (referred to as "Sproul South Complex", "Sproul West", "Upper De Neve", and "Lower De Neve") at three locations. Sproul South will be a six-story residential hall constructed on top of the new three-story Sproul Complexm and will be located on the northwest corner of De Neve Drive and Charles E. Young Drive West. Sproul West will be a nine-story building located on the northwest corner of De Neve Drive and Sproul Circle Drive. The Upper De Neve and Lower De Neve buildings will be nine and seven stories, respectivelym and will be located west of the existing De Neve Plaza housing complex, north of Gayley Avenue.
