Document Description
The proposed Glendale Triangle Project (project) is located within the San Fernando Road Corridor Redevelopment Project Area at 3900 San Fernando Road. The 2.18 acre triangular site borders three major streets: Los Feliz Road to the north, Central Avenue to the east, and San Fernando Road to the west. The project includes the development of a transit-oriented, high-density multi-family, mixed-use project consisting of: 218 residential units; 54,000 square feet of commercial space; recreation and open space amenities; and a 3 1/2 level subterranen parking garage with 707 parking spaces.
