Document Description
The proposed project includes a proposed multilevel Park-and-Ride (PNR) structure on the 2.92 acre project site that would provide parking for local and regional commuters. This would include: (1) provision of 520 net new parking spaces in a multilevel structure on the site at 100 South Vincent Avenue in the City of West Covina, for use by Foothill Transit bus patrons and other visitors; (2) relocation of the two existing drive-through automated teller machines (ATMs) and canopy; (3) provision of a new continuous right turn lane from northbound South Vincent Avenue to eastbound Lakes Drive; (4) minor alteration to the adjacent Interstate 10 ramp; and (5) the relocation of driveways along Lakes Drive.
