The Proposed Project would consist of approximately three buildings which would be one to two-stories in height and encompasses approximately 106,418 square feet of total building area. The Proposed Project includes 50 classrooms, a library, a multi-purpose room, food services, health offices, playfields, a textbook room and approximately 113 suface parking spaces for faculty and staff. The Proposed Project would provide 1,290 two-semester seats for students in grades kindergarten through eight and would require approximately 105 full-time and part-time faculty and staff.
