The project will involve injecting calcium peroxide and sodium persulfate into the subsurface to reduce concentration of petroleum hydrocarbons, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and fuel oxygenates that was released from a gas station on the site. Additional monitoring wells will be installed in the vicinity of the injection points.
