Document Description
The Caruthers Community Services district proposes to conduct an investigational study for a well and well water treatment facility to address arsenic concentrations which exceed the current MCL. The study will include a test well, water quality testing, identification of treatment alternatives, and preparation of plans and specifications. An additional Notice of Determination will be filed should the California Department of Public Health award funds for the construction of the chosen alternative.
