Document Description
The project proposes to construct a new well, blending tank and well water treatment facility so that it can be used by the residents of Caruthers in compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency's new arsenic standard of 10 parts per billion. The well would be placed at one of three identified locations near the community of Caruthers.
