School classrooms, a multipurpose building, and the administration area would be located primarily along the western block of Westmorland Avenue and southern block of Council Street. The entrance to the CRES No. 20 will be from Council Street. CRES No. 20 playfields would be located on the western portion of the site adjacent to Virgil MS. The Virgil MS replacement fields will be on the northern area of the Proposed Project site.
