Document Description
On the southern area, the White House Place PC would be demolished and replaced with a surface parking lot with 137 spaces. These 137 spaces are to be shared by Virgil MS and CRES No. 20 faculty and staff, with 65 spaces dedicated to the Virgil MS and 72 spaces for CRES No. 20. The proposed project would include exterior safety lighting and a public address system. CRES No. 20 would be constructed in the central area and would consist of two-story buildings (approximately 34 feet in height), encompassing approximately 62,000 square feet on 3.18 acres, including 1.7 acres of playground area. School classrooms, a multipurpose building, and the administration area would be located primarily along the western block of Westmorland Avenue and southern block of Council Street. The entrance to the CRES No. 20 will be from Council Street. CRES No. 20 playfields would be located on the western portion of the site adjacent to Virgil MS.
