Document Description
The proposed project involves the development of an approximately 96,670 square foot commercial building containing a banquet facility, a full-service restaurant, and office uses within five floors. The banquet facility and restaurant uses would occupy the first floor of the building. Additional banquet facility uses would be located on the second floor, while the banquet hall administrative offices and technical services rooms would be located on the third floor. Office uses would occupy the fourth and fifth floors. Project includes a four-level subterranean parking facility containing approximately 440 spaces including 114 tandem spaces; valet services to be provided primarily on Friday evening and on weekends. The proposed project would require the demolition of all existing on-site structures.
