Master planned resort community for motor sports and recreational enthusiast to include 411 water sport lots, 279 recreational vehicle (RV) lots (fee ownership), 22 estate lots, 150 vacation villas and 100 garage villas for a total of up to 1,475 units. Interconnecting lakes for water sport recreation uses, a navigable waterway, clubhouse with a restaurant, pool, tennis courts, boat docks, spa, satellite recreation facilities, marinas, executive golf course, passive open space, a road course garage area, commercial lots, retail/food court, outdoor recreational amenities, private public works facilities, refueling/conveniece facility, open space/storm water retention areas and administration buildings.
