Document Description
Butte County has determined that it has excess allocated Table A water in 2008, after meeting in-county requests. With the current allocation of 35 percent Butte County will have 9,625 acre-feet. The County intends to sell 8,750 acre-feet of its allocated water for 2008 and an undetermined amount of excess Table A in 2009 (up to, but not to exceed, 10,000 acre-feet) if dry hydrologic conditions continue. PWD proposes to acquire such water from Butte County in 2008 and 2009.
