Request by Stone Creek Development for a Vesting Tract Map to subdivide a subdivision of an approximately 5.61 acre vacant parcel into: 6 custom home lots ranging in size from 5,700 to 8,300 square feet, 15 townhomes with common walls ranging in size from 1,300 to 1,600 square feet, and a blufftop open space park (0.93 acre, 40,341 square feet) and dedication of property to the City for public use located across from the site between Shell Beach Road and Highway 101. The project would result in the development of approximately 3.75 acres of the 4.26 acre parcel (010-152-007). The project would extend the South Silver Shoals from its existing terminus to Shell Beach Road. A 31-space parking lot is proposed on the eastern parcels.
