This Initial Study concerns a request by DEI Inc. to add exterior facility lighting to the Alta One Federal Credit Union at 462 North Main Street. The project is a 0.62 acre undeveloped site located at the southeast corner of North Main and Pine Streets. The additional lighting is to bring the facility into compliance with California ATM lighting code standards. To meet the standards the proponent proposes to add three 250 watt light poles at a twenty five foot height and one 100 watt wall sconce at a 13 foot height.
