Document Description
The project site is located in the City of San Gabriel in the County of Los Angeles. The 1.36-acre project site is located on the northwest corner of South Mission Drive and Carmelita Street and presently occupied by the existing Mission 261 dining and banquet facilities, and the adjacent Park and Ride lot. The proposed project includes a total of 74,620 square feet of development: 35,796 square feet for hotel and retail uses, and 38,625 square feet for residential uses. In total, 30 residential units, a hotel with 56 rooms, and 15,160 square feet of retail uses and proposed. The development results in a Floor Area Ratio (RAR) of 1.3, which exceeds the Specific Plan maximum FAR of 1.0 for mixed use development.
