Document Description
The project is the construction of a 4,659 square foot parts and service store and paving for 93 vehicles and boat trailers for the existing 290-slip marina. Approximately 15,264 square feet of open space will be provided. Four trees will be removed for the construction improvements. The site is located at the northern terminus of Landlock Landing. The project does not have direct access to Big Bear Lake, but achieves access through Municipal Water District (MWD) property surrounding the project to the east, west, and north.
