The City of Chowchilla is processing an application for the construction of a Rite Aid store on approximately 1.46 acres in the downtown area of the City. This is considered a redevelopment project for the City. The proposed Rite Aid store is a 17,340 square foot store and will also have a 719 square foot mezzanine storage area for a total of 18,059 square feet. The store will have a pharmacy drive-thru along Kings Avenue.
