Document Description
Application for tract map for 19 single-family homes with three HOA-maintained recreation lots. Horse trails are proposed for the site. Internal access would be provided by two new streets inside the development. Grading of 269,000 cubic yards is proposed and will be balanced on site. Applicant is also applying for a Hillside Management CUP and Oak Tree Permit to remove 94 oak trees and encroach upon 92 additional ordinance-sized oak trees. A total of 60 oak trees would remain. Water will be provided by the Las Virgenes Municipal Water District. The drainage plan may require off-site drainage improvements on the adjacent properties to the west and north.
