Document Description
Demolition of the existing bank and construction of an ~175,057 af, 21 story, mixed use structure, which would include 168,207 sf of residential uses and 6,850 sf of ground floor retail. The proposed structure would rise ~255 ft and contain 158 units. The proposed project would also include the construction of 4 at grade town homes totaling ~11,106 sf. The town homes would be located on the northwestern corner of the project site and would rise to a height of ~45 ft.
