Document Description
The Applicant proposes the development of a new 21-story mixed-use commercial and residential tower which would total approximately 186,163 square feet of floor area and contain 133 residential units, and 6,850 square feet of ground level retail. A total of 367 parking spaces will be provided in two subterranean parking garage levels and four above grade parking garage levels. The residential component of this project would be located in a 16-story residential tower. The proposed structure will reach a maximum height of 255 feet.
