Document Description
The proposed project is a request for a tract map and a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the construction of 14 condominiums in two two-story buildings. Each of the condominium units will have an attached two-car garage. There will also be four open parking spaces. Other proposed improvements include an access driveway off of Western Avenue, a concrete catch basin and gutter, a trash enclosure, a grass/play area, and landscaped areas. Approximately 50 cubic yards of grading is proposed and will be balanced on site. The development is connected to public water and sewer systems.
